WorxInvest commits to Main Capital VIII

WorxInvest commits to Main Capital Partners (www.main.nl), a leading software investor active in Northwestern Europe (Benelux, DACH, Nordics) and North America. Main Capital’s key identifiers are their in-depth sector knowledge with over 20 years of experience in software investing and a successful track-record of continuous growth through strategic (international) expansion. Particularly, WorxInvest committed to Main Capital’s most recent fund in its Main Flagship strategy, which invests in mature and growing software businesses with equity tickets of over EUR 20 million.
Main Capital’s investment approach centers on B2B Enterprise Software & SaaS companies within the small and mid-market buyout segment. The investment team comprising ca. 45 investment professionals works closely with management teams and seeks to invest in growing companies with a high level of recurring revenues which are scalable and have potential for (international) growth. The growth is typically supported by an intensive buy-and-build strategy with a clear focus on add-on integration. Moreover, the investment team is supported by a dedicated Market Intelligence & Performance Excellence team, which leverages data-driven insights for informed decision making.
Across both strategies, Main Capital has now EUR 6 billion assets under management and has made more than 200 software investments (including over 75 platforms and over 125 add-ons) since inception in 2003. Main Capital’s teams operate out of its headquarters in The Hague and additional offices in Düsseldorf, Stockholm, Antwerp and Boston.
With this new transaction, WorxInvest realizes its fifth private equity fund investment since its inception beginning of 2022.
